What will be your key responsibilities

1. 在大区指引下制定策略和计划发挥主创性运用本地洞察建立可持续发展的健康商业模型

2. 同销售团队有效沟通销售愿景目标战略重点和项目致力于实现带有优异执行的经营成果

3. 将经销商发展成为长期的双赢生意伙伴保持并加强我们每个渠道的核心竞争力和表现使其成为品类的市场领导者

4. 有效管理资源和投资包括同事人数销售陈列和促销费用等提升销售投资效率和投资回报

5. 和区域分享最佳实践和学习经验提供本地竞争者的信息及有价值的建议和公司管理团队分享生意上的洞察和灵感

6. 为当前的生意和今后的生意增长建立和发展一个有效的销售组织

7. 持续升级组织能力以促进生意增长

8. 发展吸引和保留同事建立健康的人才管道和为关键职位制定接任者计划
