Were looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to help us design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning modules.

This is a 12-month fixed term role in our national health safety quality and environment (HSQE) team based in Christchurch.

You will:

Analyse learning needs and turn them into clear learning objectives and storyboards.
Translate content into simple learner-friendly experiences.
Design and create relevant high-quality e-learning modules in Articulate 360.
Review test and update learning modules based on feedback.

Were looking for someone with:

Experience in a similar role.
Experience creating e-learning with the Articulate 360 suite including Storyline 360.
A solid understanding of online learning design.
Strong visual design skills.

You will enjoy being part of a small collaborative and supportive team working autonomously and delivering high quality material to ensure learners engagement.
