Were looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to help us design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning modules.

This is a 12-month fixed term role in our national health safety quality and environment (HSQE) team based in Christchurch.


You will:

  • Analyse learning needs and turn them into clear learning objectives and storyboards.
  • Translate content into simple learner-friendly experiences.
  • Design and create relevant high-quality e-learning modules in Articulate 360.
  • Review test and update learning modules based on feedback.

Were looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience creating e-learning with the Articulate 360 suite including Storyline 360.
  • A solid understanding of online learning design.
  • Strong visual design skills.


You will enjoy being part of a small collaborative and supportive team working autonomously and delivering high quality material to ensure learners engagement.
