Job Summary

Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: MondayFriday Occasional Weekends & Holidays
Shift: Day/Evening
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Compensation
Gross Weekly Pay: $2951/week
W2 Rate: $35/hour
Weekly Stipend: $1561/week
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Home Health contract assignment in South Dennis MA. The RN will provide high-quality patient-centered care in a home setting ensuring individualized treatment plans are implemented effectively while promoting patient independence and well-being.
This role requires strong clinical assessment skills excellent communication and the ability to work independently in a community-based environment.
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
Administer medications including IV therapy when required.
Educate patients and families on disease management medications and care plans.
Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
Ensure compliance with state federal and agency regulations.
Qualifications
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
OR 6 months of experience with a BSN.
Current CPR certification required.
Successful completion of required pre-hire medication competency testing.
Home health experience preferred.
IV therapy experience preferred.
BSN preferred.
Strong computer and documentation skills.
