- Promotion and sale of ancillary product lines rebuild services as well as discussion and promotions of Stiles E-Tech and modernization services options for assigned customers
- Ensure customer needs are fulfilled by maintaining an organized schedule and work environment.
- Process paperwork for quotations sales orders and customer purchase orders as well as capturing down payment and leasing documents when and where required
- Maintain good relationships with customers suppliers and Stiles personnel.
- Improving contact and relationships with sales and services personnel.
- Maintain Pro-active / Positive business relationship with Tech Support Department.
- Assist in locating and deciphering new product option ideas for department promotions.
- Submit monthly activity reports and weekly processing of business expense activity
- Responsible to recommend additional Ancillary Product solutions as customer need solutions arise
- Responsible to represent E-Tech in all Key Account customer internal business discussions in core group and product group sales meetings as requested and promotional events as requested to represent by management personnel.
- Assist Key Account Group Members in the development of future product offerings and solutions
- Responsible to assist in vendor improvement solutions
