Job Summary
About the Growth Directorate
This role oversees the smooth safe and compliant running of multiple council buildings. It manages daytoday facilities operations including fire security cleaning maintenance contractors room bookings and helpdesk functions. The post holder leads and develops FM staff monitors budgets ensures Health & Safety compliance and maintains strong customer service standards. They also support procurement manage key contracts inclusive of SLAs and KPIs liaise with landlords and deputise for the Facilities Services Manager when required.
