Our Des Renford Leisure Centre team is seekingCasual Customer Service Officers to work in our busy café.Purpose:Provide quality customer service (front desk café merchandising & sales) to the customers and potential customers of the centre in accordance with established operational policies and the role:As a Customer Service Officer you will provide quality customer service (Cafe Front Reception Area Heffron Soccer Field Merchandising and Sales) to the customers and potential customers of the Des Renford Leisure Centre. You will provide the highest level of Customer Service possible always being friendly and will trust you to bring:Experience in a busy front line customer service environmentExperience in handling and reconciling daily takingsWorking knowledge of WHS and principlesComputer keyboard and date entry skillsExperience in using a point-of-sale systemAbility to perform under pressure performing multiple tasks concurrentlyNSW Working with Children Clearance as per the Child Protection (working with children) Act 2012Further information:View the position description online or contact John Janis onor
