We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in driving strategic financial performance and supporting informed decisionmaking across the business. Reporting to the Head of Finance youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Support delivery and implementation of the LoB financial strategic decisions and ensure performance objectives / outcomes are achieved within agreed timeframes.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all Finance related matters providing guidance and support to leaders and employees.
Conduct regular reviews against plan / budget and forecast taking action to ensure financial objectives achieved.
Ensure teams capabilities are appropriate to achieve business goals identify resource and skill gaps and develop strategies to bridge gaps.
Encourage an environment of sharing knowledge and ideas to ensure continuous improvement within the team.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) required; Accounting/Business/Commerce based degree and CPA/CA with post graduate studies highly regarded.
Breadth of experience working as a Finance practitioner in a complex environment Public Private Partnerships (PPP) is advantagous.
Proven experience in providing sound commercial and accounting advice to management and financial skills.
Demonstrated management experience within a collaborative working environment.
Highly effective planning reporting and prioritising skills.
