Job description
TransPerfect Games is on the hunt for a talented Bilingual QA & Game Translator! If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for gaming we want to hear from you. Work onsite in Tokyo or remotely and collaborate with expert linguists to deliver flawless gaming experiences for Japanese players.
Requirements:
Japanese native-level or equivalent fluent in Simplified Chinese
English communication is a plus
3 years in game localization (Chinese to Japanese)
QA/testing/proofreading experience preferred
Relevant degree or translation certificate welcomed
Experienced with CAT tools
Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive
Responsibilities:
Translate in-game assets dialogues and UI from Chinese to Japanese
Conduct QA checks and test localized builds
Correct errors and ensure consistency
Work closely with global project teams
