募集要項

武田薬品大阪工場の製薬品質部内のLaboratory Serviceグループの社員を募集します

Laboratory Serviceは品質管理のうち試験以外のほとんどの業務を担当しています主な業務は設備導入校正CAPEX OPEXマネジメント分析技術文書教育LIMS安定性参考品サンプリングです

その中で設備導入 (Qualification)または分析技術に専門性のある方を募集します

設備導入

主にHPLC GCといった理化学試験機器の機器を導入します予算化URS IOQ PQ等を含めた機器導入のための業務を行います

上記のような一般的な分析器に加えAutomationを加速するために自動化無人化を目的とした機器の導入も進めています

分析技術

局方の改訂プロセス改善等による分析法のベリフィケーションや変更管理等試験Gが定常試験を実施するために技術的なパートの業務を担当します

製剤技術や製造部他サイト等幅広いステークスホルダーと連携します上記に関する高い専門性を有するとともにコミュニケーション能力も重視します

応募要件

• 高校卒業以上の学位
• 上記業務設備導入分析技術に関する実務経験と専門知識
• GMP及び製造プロセスに関する知識quality operations facilities cost accounting等
• 初級レベルの英語力読み書き及び会話
• Leadership people management* and technical capabilities*有ると望ましい

• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30 Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45 (Narita) 8:30-17:15 Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

• Holidays: Saturdays Sundays National Holidays May Day Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
