The Department of Family & Community Services is recruiting for a Non-Perm Human Resources Consultant 1 in Anchorage!

This position is open to Alaska Residents only.

What You Will Be Doing:This position will manage the workloads and assignments of the non-permanent HR Technicians tasked with the development of tools and libraries that the Talent Acquisition Unit will utilize to identify and evaluate candidate sourcing methods. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products to help build Word and Excel documents is preferred

The position will be responsible for ensuring that this project is completed within the set time frame.

The State of Alaska (SOA) uses four levels of proficiency to measure and describe an applicants level of competence in applying certain behaviors knowledge skills and abilities to accomplish a specific task. The proficiency levels are Mastery Fluency Literacy and Discovery. You will need to rate your proficiency for each competency listed in the supplemental questions.
