Dietary Aide (Utility Worker)

Were looking for someone who takes their job seriously works with urgency follows the rules and holds themselves to high standards. We are currently looking for a Full Time Utility Worker must be 18 years old and have weekend availability.
This is a role for someone who believes in doing the job right the first time helps the team without being asked and never expects others to do something they wouldnt do themselves.

What Youll Do
- Mop and clean all kitchen areas daily according to health department standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces
- Clean cookware and dishwashing areas nightly
- Perform regular deep-cleaning of kitchens and dining areas
- Keep the dishwasher clean and in working order
- Follow all OSHA and safety procedures
- Report any accidents or safety concerns immediately
- Jump in where needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly
What Were Looking For
- At least 16 years old
- Previous dietary or kitchen experience preferred
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Follows procedures and safety rules without shortcuts
- Takes pride in a clean organized and safe environment
- Treats residents and coworkers with respect and professionalism
