Senior Dental Leader Albany NY
A growing dental practice is seeking an experienced dentist to step into a leadership-focused clinical position. This role combines hands-on patient care with mentorship and team guidance in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of dental professionals
Conduct comprehensive exams and diagnose oral health conditions
Develop and present treatment plans to patients
Deliver high-quality dental treatments efficiently
Collaborate with operational teams to support practice goals
Mentor and coach associate dentists and staff
Stay current with advancements through continued education
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the applicable state)
Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
