What the job schedule would look like:

• 35-50 hours per week
• Must have open availability for hours of operations 7 AM-9:30 PM

• Leadership Potential 1 year of management experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Interest in Business - Ambition to learn and directly contribute to our success
• Commitment Willing to grow with us for at least 12 years in this role.
• Reliability You have dependable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Communication Skills You connect well with team members and guests.
• Positive Energy You bring a Be Better Than Yesterday attitude to every shift.

What Youll Do

• Lead by example working side by side with your team (We all make subs here!)
• Deliveroutstanding customer serviceand coach your team to do the same
• Support management with scheduling inventory and ordering
• Maintain high standards forcleanliness organization and operations
• Help controlfood and labor costswhile driving team performance
• Foster apositive team-focused cultureand uphold Jersey Mikes values
• Take full Accountability of daily operations as you grow into leadership

Our Training Program - We set you up forsuccess with hands-on structured training:

• Phase 1 (4 weeks):Operations Training w/ Bonus
• Phase 2 (4 weeks):Management Skills Training w/ Bonus
• Evaluations & feedbackfrom our leadership team
• Training Bonusesare awarded after each phase

Leadership Path Shift Leader in Training --> Shift Leader-->Assistant Manager --> General Manager
