Overview
We are seeking two experienced Senior Managers with strong Prime Brokerage expertise to join a leading investment bank in London. This is a 12 month engagement with an immediate start offering a competitive daily rate inside IR35
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert business analysis support within Prime Brokerage operations focusing on trade support and post-trade processing.
- Manage and optimize transaction flows and custody processes to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee data management activities related to Prime Brokerage functions ensuring accuracy and integrity of client and transaction data.
- Support client reporting processes delivering timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with balance sheet management teams to assist in balance sheet optimization initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to UK regulations and industry rules relevant to Prime Brokerage operations.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven Prime Brokerage experience within a large investment bank preferably HSBC.
- Strong knowledge of trade support post-trade processing custody and transaction flow management.
- Experience in data management and client reporting within Prime Brokerage.
- Understanding of UK regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
- Experience in balance sheet management and optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
