A. Budget Management
Prepare and manage the budget for parts and accessories ordering.
Monitor and analyze monthly expenses to ensure cost control.
Propose solutions to optimize inventory costs and improve financial efficiency.
B. Ordering & Demand Planning
Analyze demand and place orders for parts and accessories across markets.
Set and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels for each Aftersales warehouse.
Monitor stock availability and ensure target service level (fill rate) is achieved.
C. Order Coordination
Process orders from distributors and service centers accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate deliveries of parts and accessories to market warehouses.
Manage parts allocation for campaigns and special programs.
Handle and resolve order-related issues and complaints from distributors/service centers.
D. Reporting & Process Improvement
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports related to order fulfillment and inventory performance.
Identify gaps and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support the development and standardization of order management procedures.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration Automotive Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 35 years of experience in order coordination parts management inventory control or supply chain (automotive industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/SAP/DMS systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration Automotive Engineering or related fields. - Minimum 35 years of experience in order coordination parts management inventory control or supply chain (automotive industry preferred). - Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/SAP/DMS systems is an advantage. - Strong analytical problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
