Required Skills: HiTech : Automation Testing E2Selenium E1
Design develop and maintain Selenium automation frameworks using Java.
Create and execute automated test scripts for UI functional and regression testing.
Perform API testing using Postman including validation of REST APIs.
Collaborate with developers business analysts and QA leads to understand requirements and ensure coverage.
Work with Contact Centre tools and technologies including Agent Desktop IVR and routing platforms such as Cisco Jabber Chatbots and Cyara. (Training/grooming can be provided.)
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure cross-team collaboration
In Contact Centre Area- One QE - Contact Centre Position opened Today.
Must have experience in Selenium automation framework development using Java. (Mandatory)
Work with Contact Centre tools and technologies including Agent Desktop IVR and routing platforms such as Cisco Jabber Chatbots Finesse and Cyara. (Training/grooming can be provided.)
Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git JIRA Confluence JTMF and Postman.
