Job Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior QE Automation Engineer with strong experience in automation testing Python scripting and Robot Framework. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality engineering hands-on automation and experience working in CI/CD environments. This role requires strong analytical thinking collaboration skills and exposure to modern testing tools and AI-assisted development practices.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of QE (Quality Engineering) experience
- 34 years of hands-on automation testing experience
- Strong experience with Python scripting
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework
- Experience in Performance Testing (load/stress testing)
- Strong SQL skills with ability to write medium to complex DB queries
- Experience with GitHub Actions / CI-CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with qTest (q-Test)
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Strong understanding of QE best practices
- Solid analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Good collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain
- Exposure to Audit domain
- ISTQB certification
- Exposure to GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted development tools
