We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in Mahwah NJ supporting our client.

JOB SUMMARY:

This role demands a blend of analytical strategic and technical capabilities tailored to the rapid innovation and compliance expectations of aerospace and defense

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in business administration economics data analytics or a related field.
5 years of experience in business analysis preferably within aerospace defense or highly regulated environments.
Expertise in financial modeling operational analysis process improvement and data analytics using tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau or similar.
Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to various stakeholders.
Understanding of industry-specific regulatory operational and supply chain considerations in aerospace and defense.
Professional certifications (CBAP Six Sigma PowerPoint Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project) as well as familiarity with ERP/MRP systems are highly regarded.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Prior experience working on government contracts defense programs or commercial aerospace projects.
Ability to lead process standardization drive strategic alignment and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration

Must Have:

Bachelors degree in business administration economics data analytics or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience.
Background in aerospace defense or another highly regulated industry.
Demonstrated experience in financial modeling operational analysis process improvement and data analytics using tools such as Excel Power BI or Tableau.

Nice to Have:

Professional certifications including CBAP Six Sigma PowerPoint Microsoft Office or Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
