Job Summary
You will report to the Director Fleet & Equipment and will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and probability of our Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) Fleet & Equipment operations.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Create user-friendly reporting incorporating visuals such as graphs and waterfall charting
- Compile monthly management reports on assets including revenue/expenses and utilization
- Analyze and compile historical equipment rates and provide recommendations to management
- Audit monthly invoices from fleet financing providers GPS and fuel
- Reporting on fleet & equipment financing activities and lease portfolio including monthly equipment lease obligation summary presentation to management
- Prepare invoices for the rental of owned equipment to third parties
- Support the equipment related accounting and information needs of the various business units equipment managers and Director
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis modelling and reporting as needed to support business decisions
- Provide data and support year-end vehicle taxable benefit analysis (Canada and USA)
- Supports depreciation and lease expense forecasting and budgeting for business units
Qualifications:
- Two years experience in business analysis data analysis or a related field
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and perform complex functions within Excel
- Ability to create concise professional reports
- PowerBI knowledge is an asset
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel and ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to learn and understand software programs and new systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment able to multi-task set priorities and meet deadlines
Work Conditions:
- This is a hybrid position where you will be required to come to the office on a weekly basis
