Customer Service Specialist
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support and creating a seamless experience for dental offices using our services. We are looking for a professional who can blend high-level customer service with specialized knowledge in dental revenue cycle management (RCM) and logistics. Your goal will be to resolve inquiries promptly and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint acting as a trusted partner for our dental clients.
Requirements
- Availability: Must have full availability to work shifts within the 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM window.
- Education: High School Diploma (Required).
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service (Required).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in the Dental Business specifically in fee negotiations membership plans RCM and medical billing.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Phone Email Chat).
- Logistical Skills: Ability to handle travel logistics and event coordination.
