The Sime Motors Singapore Management Trainee Programme is a 24-month structured development programme that will offer you a well-rounded learning experience to prepare you for future leadership roles. You will gain broad exposure and deep insights into the Groups operations that will enable you to accelerate your career growth.

What Happens After the Completion of the Programme
Prior to your graduation from the programme the Company will discuss with you on your career interests. Your final placement will be decided based on your individual strengths career interests and business needs.
