The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing tracking and controlling inventory levels to ensure accuracy availability and cost efficiency. This role involves coordinating with procurement warehouse and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
To manage 1 supervisor and 4 staff
Manage a volume of 7000-8000 pallet size
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across systems and physical stock
Ensure timely updating of inventory movements including receipts issues transfers and adjustments
Conduct regular stock counts cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
Identify and investigate inventory variances shortages or excess stock and report findings
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper storage and handling of materials
Support procurement and planning teams by providing inventory status
Ensure compliance with company policies internal controls and audit requirements
Prepare inventory reports dashboards for management review
Assist in improving inventory processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and stock management
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/EWM systems (SAP)
Good analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with strong documentation skills
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
Experience in cycle counting and inventory audits
Knowledge of FIFO FEFO and inventory valuation methods
