Job Summary:
A Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws regulations and internal policies. They analyze and assess the companys operations processes and practices to identify any areas of non-compliance. The Compliance Administrator develops and implements policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain compliance. They may also conduct audits investigations and provide training to employees on compliance matters. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.

- Collects and maintains compliance-related data or records that are accurate complete and fulfill legal requirements.
- Documents activities or processes that are meant to track or ensure compliance of organizational processes or functions.
- Identifies gaps in documentation or potential areas of non-compliance and suggests resolutions.
- Ensures systems are updated appropriately.
- Responds to standard requests for documentation or records based on established guidelines; refers more complex or confidential inquiries to management.
- Maintains a repository of forms handbooks policies or other documents that are needed to comply with applicable regulations or standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.
Your experience and skills:
- High School diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Performs work under general supervision.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
