Job Summary

The National Luxardo Brand Ambassador is a dedicated and passionate brand champion who embodies the essence of Luxardo and brings an entrepreneurial drive to elevate the brand in the U.S. market. The Brand Ambassador builds the brands profile across key states drives awareness through digital education and serves as the face of the brand at trade and consumer events.

Success in this role comes from increasing awareness and distribution fostering trial and education developing strong trade relationships executing consumer tasting events and producing educational and recipe-driven video content for distributors sales teams and digital channels. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter who thrives on autonomy and enjoys going above and beyond to achieve strong results. The role spans marketing sales content development communications and activation execution.

Responsibilities:

The Brand Ambassador represents Luxardo in designated markets and is responsible for educating and influencing consumers key trade partners (on- and off-premise accounts Hotaling staff and state wholesalers) and media.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the in-market expert and local authority on the brand for trade consumers and media.
  • Execute marketing activations and communications aligned with brand objectives.
  • Develop brand education tools and materials with a focus on video content.
  • Build proficiency in mobile videography and editing for ongoing content capture and social media use.
  • Accelerate brand growth in key markets.
  • Recruit new consumers by sampling educating and partnering with influencers and relevant communities.
  • Identify and execute high-impact events and partnerships across on-premise off-premise and non-licensed accounts.
  • Create an annual blitz calendar with RMs and BDMs to drive monthly national Luxardo initiatives.
  • Develop a social media presence on Instagram in line with corporate policies and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with local teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Build brand advocacy through targeted training for key stakeholders.
  • Increase brand visibility and traction across on- and off-premise accounts.
  • Conduct monthly distributor sales-rep work-withs in priority territories.
  • Assist in planning and programming with distributors.
  • Attend monthly distributor General Sales Meetings and team meetings.
  • Report on market activity trends competitive dynamics and performance vs. targets.
  • Manage and optimize use of the annual travel and entertainment budget.
  • Complete event reports program recaps expense reports consumer insights and competitive assessments.

Qualifications :

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in the spirits beverage alcohol hospitality or luxury CPG industry.
  • Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador On-Premise Specialist Trade Development Manager Bartender/Bar Manager or similar role strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience building brands in-market through events trainings and consumer engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to create digital content including social media posts educational videos and cocktail/recipe content.
  • Experience working with distributor partners and trade accounts is highly valuable.
  • Familiarity with national and regional market dynamics within the beverage alcohol industry.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong presentation and public-speaking skills; comfortable hosting events and trainings.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities across trade distributors and consumers.
  • Ability to capture and edit smartphone video content (iPhone proficiency preferred).
  • Knowledge of social media best practices especially Instagram.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple markets and priorities.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (5075%) including evenings and weekends.

Other Requirements

  • Must be 21 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to drive to trade accounts.
  • Ability to lift and transport materials (typically up to 30 lbs) for events.
