1. Knowledge of the operational components of a multi-function building 2. Experience with crisis intervention support management and risk management 3. Sitting 80%; walking 10%; standing 10% 4. Working indoors 95% and Outdoors (for errands) 5% 5. Frequent lifting of objects weighing less than 5 pounds 6. Occasional lifting of objects weighing 25 pounds. 7. Reaching for objects at above and below shoulder 8. Occasionally twisting at waist and stretching to reach objects 9. Basic math skills and reading skills including understanding written documents 10. Writing skills in preparing and organizing documents 11. Sensory skills i.e. visual hearing and speaking 12. Keyboard skills
Preferred Qualifications
Three to five years of live-in experience Three years of demonstrated experience in residential education Demonstrated experience with hiring training supervision and evaluation of paraprofessionals and/or professionals Experience in student retention and student success initiatives and programs Demonstrated cross-divisional collaborations with key campus constituents Experience with regulatory compliance related to higher education such as but not limited to FERPA Title IX and the Clery Act
