- Service Delivering a prompt and organised service in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Supervising day to day operations ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Cash up procedure- Completing and overseeing the end of day cash up process ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Staff development- Supporting your teams development through coaching training and performance feedback.
- Customer Service - Providing a welcomingand professional guest experience handling queries and complaints effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction at all time.
- Adherence to Regulations - comply with health and safety regulations as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location
- Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications :
- Have previous experience in a Team Leader roles ideally in contacting catering or hospitality
- Possess excellent team leader and communication skills
- Good delegation and influencing skills
- Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
- Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
- You draw satisfaction from working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspectiv
