Overview

Are you a passionate HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Advisor to join this team on a fixed-term contract until 31st October 2026. This role is based in Sudbury.

Benefits

  • Salary 32000 per annum ( depending on experience)
  • Open to Full-time or Part-time arrangements with salary pro-rated
  • Fixed contract until 31st October 2026
  • Flexible working arrangements

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations issues ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions.
  • Support the successful execution of the HR strategy across the site.
  • Drive performance and talent management activities aligning them with business goals.
  • Upskill line managers to enhance their capability in developing and supporting their teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve HR practices and processes.
  • Build capability ensuring employees can efficiently access HR solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
  • Operational HR experience across core processes including performance management talent management recruitment employee relations and organisational change.
  • Strong influencing communication and networking skills.
  • Analytical abilities to interpret and translate HR data effectively.
  • Working knowledge of UK employment legislation (desirable).
  • Familiarity with HR policies procedures and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
