Our client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Officer to join an Outstanding secondary school in Slough with an ASAP start. This is a key support role within the school ensuring HR processes are efficient compliant and aligned with safeguarding requirements.
The successful candidate will support recruitment and safer recruitment processes manage staff records and contracts coordinate onboarding and assist with absence management and employee relations matters. You will work closely with senior leaders and the wider administrative team to maintain high standards of HR practice.
This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills a good understanding of employment legislation and experience working in an educational setting.
