As one of our experts youll make sure you know every dish on the menu so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. Youll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues youll deal with them right away. What youll do

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and in line with service standards
• Take room service orders accurately via phone or system ensuring attention to detail
• Set up trays and trolleys attractively and according to brand presentation standards
• Ensure all orders meet quality temperature and dietary requirements
• Provide a warm professional and discreet service experience for all guests
• Clear trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of room service areas equipment and service stations
• Handle guest queries special requests and concerns with efficiency and courtesy
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all health safety food hygiene and company policies at all times

This role also requires the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 addition youll need to be able to reach overhead and below your knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping and move over uneven or sloping surfaces. Prior to employment well ask you to complete safety training and certification.
