Job Summary
- YOUR ROLE:
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with Novotel and Accor.
- Take full responsibility for hotel operations financial results and brand standards.
- Create a positive inclusive culture where people love to work and grow.
- Drive sales control costs and maximise revenue across rooms meetings & events and F&B.
- The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stake holders in the business owner manager employees clients and neighbours.
