Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality hospitality events and fine dining experiences in a corporate setting.
We Offer:
Rate: Up to 15.00 per hour
Contract: Full time / Permanent
About the Pastry Junior Sous Chef role:
- Food preparation stock rotation and food labelling.
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
- Work with the Kitchen Team on a daily basis to develop recipes and deliver quality product
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced high volume kitchen. Attention to detail and passion for food are key.
