Then join our great HR organization at KWS Berlin GmbH as Lead (m/f/d) of a team of seven international HR Business Partners for West Europe. Your main responsibility in this role is to ensure the HR Business Partners deliver high quality consulting services in all strategic and operational HR issues.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Berlin Germany.
Your Responsibilities:
- You lead a highly motivated and committed HR Business Partner team and develop it further.
- You coordinate the HR Business Partners at a regional level during the personnel cost planning and forecasting process.
- You solve complex issues in close cooperation with the HR Business Partners and manage the regional implementation of HR strategies and programs.
- You act as an interface between the HR business partners and other functional leaders on knowledge-based topics.
- You support the further development and implementation of a functional KWS-wide strategy and strategic priorities.
- You also support the introduction and monitoring of functional KWS-wide policies and standards.
- You ensure appropriate representation in local institutions in the region through the HR business partners.
- You carry out improvement projects and allocate the appropriate resources.
Your Profile:
- Academic degree preferably in psychology business administration labor law or related fields
- Several years of successful leadership experience
- Many years of professional experience in management and HR in a globally operating industrial environment
- Sound knowledge of HR and labor relations ideally with international experience
- Excellent customer orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
- Outstanding analytical thinking strategic understanding and problemsolving mentality
- Strong stakeholder management skills relationship and influencing skills with a high degree of diplomacy
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (oral & written)
- High mobility and flexibility (>40%)
