At Layer Performance we develop slicing software for advanced Additive Manufacturing.

Our software creates optimized machine code for all material extrusion 3D printers (cartesian delta belt five axis robotic arms; using filament pellets metals or concrete).

We believe that users shouldnt have to accept limitations that come from conventional planar slicing. Theres so much more that can be done with application-specific 3D tool paths like:

• precise and smooth surfaces comparable to injection molding
• optimized part strength based on actual forces acting on the part
• variable stiffness and graded properties
• complex geometries without the need for support material
• reduced material usage and manufacturing time
