Job Summary
- Product Specifications
- Responsible for developing product specifications for own brand products.
- Update product specifications in MQuality and ensure compliance keeping in view local & corporate Own Brand standards guidelines and regulations.
- Product testing
- Execution of product testing (Food Near Food & Non-food) from Laboratories as per control plan
- which includes sample selection pick up from stores and communication with lab team results report review and invoicing
- Own Brand Excellence
- Execution of Product sensory evaluation/(FFU) Fitness for use check at Metro Facility as per Monitoring plan
- Product Physical evaluation & Label compliance check at Metro Facility as per monitoring plan
- Product evaluation by Chef Involvement as per monitoring plan
- Artwork Review
- Responsible to review artwork of all new products under development
- New products Development Evaluation
- Support in new products development by evaluating products against (physical sensory & fitness for use) for new Own Brand projects
Qualifications :
- Minimum Graduation (16 years) & preferably post graduation (18 years) in Agriculture / Food Technology/ Food Safety & Quality Management/ Food Engineering/ Management/ Food Chemistry/ Nutrition from HEC recognized University.
- Lead Auditors course on Food Safety/ Quality/ Halal Food Management System/ Social Compliance Standards would be additional advantage.
Additional Information :
Experience
- At least 2 years in the following areas:
- Product /Brand Development
- Supplier Development and Trainings
- Quality Management/ Quality Control/ Food Safety and/ or Quality Audit
- Project Management
