Job Summary

As a Staff Travel Coordinator you will work with a team of experienced travel professionals and assist our staff with all their travel needs. Whether its booking flights hotels or other travel arrangements you will play a critical role in ensuring our internal teams have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

  • Book and manage travel arrangements for individual company employees and groups including flights hotels rental cars and other transportation services.
  • Cooperate with our departments and project teams regarding destination modes of transportation travel dates budgets and accommodations.
  • Deal with occurring travel problems complaints or refunds.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings payments transactions phone calls and meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure proper travel arrangements meet the project plans.
  • Monitor and record travel expenses including ensuring timely payment of invoices and tracking budgets and costs.
  • Doing research in the event destinations negotiating and contracting with local and international suppliers and agencies.

Qualifications :

  • Commercial education in travel hospitality airline business or related field.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry (2-3 years).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment good management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to manage and organize large amounts of data including itineraries invoices and payment information systematically and orderly.
  • A hands-on approach team player and troubleshooting mindset are essential.
