Were looking for a Sales Operations Specialist / Coordinator (f/m/x) to strengthen our Sales Ops team by maintaining implementing and continuously improving the processes that power our daily sales operations. Youre a strong communicator with ideally 25 years of experience in sales enablement sales operations or sales management. With a natural talent for problemsolving and process optimization youre ready to take on a key role in enhancing our Sales Operations setup and supporting initiatives that drive longterm success.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Daily sales operations:Assist with the daily operational tasks of the Sales Operations team helping maintain process consistency data accuracy and overall operational efficiency.
  • Managing systems: Oversee key tools such as Zendesk our B2B Portal and ERPrelated Sales Ops processes to ensure accurate data smooth workflows and a reliable operational setup.
  • Improving processes:Identify opportunities to streamline workflows eliminate inefficiencies and boost overall productivity across the Sales Ops organization.
  • Collaborating with team members:Partner closely with the Sales Ops team and internal/external stakeholders to align goals exchange insights and effectively support the broader sales organization.
  • Analyzing sales data: Conduct data analysis on sales performance uncover trends and translate findings into actionable insights that support strategic decisionmaking within the Sales Operations team.
  • Supporting sales initiatives: Contribute to the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives that strengthen team performance and help achieve sales targets.
  • Training and onboarding: Assists in the training of new processes for our Team as well as with process alignment across the org by providing support on CRM systems sales processes and tools.
WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU
  • 25 years of experience in Sales Operations Sales Enablement or Sales Management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Handson experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Zendesk Business Central or comparable tools.
  • Analytical and structured working style with a strong solutionoriented mindset.
  • Proactive handson attitude and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and a passion for continuously improving processes.
