Were looking for a Sales Operations Specialist / Coordinator (f/m/x) to support our Sales OpsCustomer Service team in maintaining and enhancing the processes that keep our daily operations running smoothly. You bring strong communication skills and experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations enjoy working with customers and feel comfortable contributing to efficient workflows and reliable operational performance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service:Provide professional and reliable aftersales support to our wholesale customer base. Identify customer needs early on respond efficiently to inquiries and offer appropriate solutions to ensure smooth order handling and ontime delivery.
- Managing systems: Work with tools like Zendesk our B2B Portal and ERPrelated Sales Ops processes to help keep data up to date and support smooth daily workflows.
- Improving processes:Assist the team in identifying opportunities to simplify routines and make everyday tasks more efficient.
- Collaborating with team members:Partner closely with colleagues and internal/external stakeholders share relevant information and contribute to good coordination within the sales organization.
- Analyzing sales data: Analyze sales performance data identify trends and summarize key findings to support decision-making within the Sales Operations team.
- Supporting sales initiatives: Help with the practical implementation of salesrelated activities and projects that contribute to the teams overall goals.
- Training and onboarding: Assist in introducing new processes help ensure consistent workflows across teams and support colleagues in using CRM systems tools and sales processes.
WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU
- 24 years of experience in Customer Service Sales Operations or a related operational role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a clear and friendly way.
- Comfortable working with CRM or ERP systems (e.g. Zendesk Business Central) and an interest in learning new tools.
- A structured reliable working style with a practical solutionoriented mindset.
- A proactive handson attitude and the willingness to take responsibility for your tasks.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and an interest in improving daily workflows step by step.
