Mission:
Glovo launched Glovo On-Demand in 2022 a new vertical with the purpose of helping partners power their own delivery channels using our world-class logistics network. As Head of International you will be instrumental in growing the On-demand vertical across Glovo markets. Your role will involve setting the commercial strategy leading a high-performing team and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will
Own operations and projects in several countries where On Demand operates
Develop and implement the long-term commercial & growth strategy to ensure market leadership within the On-demand vertical.
Lead Top-to-Top negotiations with major stakeholders securing favorable commercial terms and exclusive marketing commitments.
Act as the Voice of the Market to On-demand Product and Tech teams advocating for features that reduce partner friction and unlock new revenue streams.
Full P&L topline accountability for the verticals commercial performance to ensure sustainable unit economics.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Finance teams to ensure best in class execution.
Lead and inspire a team of 20 talented professionals driving them towards achieving excellence and exceeding commercial targets.
Set clear goals delegate effectively and monitor the teams performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications :
You Have
4 years of relevant experience managing high-performing teams of 5 people in fast-paced environments such as startups top consulting firms or top tech companies.
Proven experience in negotiating large-scale contracts and building lasting relationships with C-level executives.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and empathize with partners business models challenges and objectives.
A data-driven mentality using analytics to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
Persuasive yet pleasant with the ability to sell value-added solutions to partners.
Strong problem-solving abilities analytical thinking and commercial mindset.
A 360 profile able to understand Financial (e.g. PnL) Operations (e.g. Main KPIs) and product (e.g. Feature prioritization topics
