Job Summary

Customer Service Specialist (Assist Team)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for handling frontline escalations assisting agents with questions and issues troubleshooting product problems and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


What Youll Do


Handle frontline escalations from customers and provide timely and effective resolutions. Assist agents with questions and issues including troubleshooting product problems. Collaborate with product managers DCs FSC managers and other departments internally to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize soft skills to handle escalated customers to resolution. Utilize higher technical expertise on products to provide support to customers and agents. Generate trainings and mentor agents as needed to improve knowledge and processes. Communicate feedback effectively as needed to BPOs and other frontline agents.

At least 2 years of basic frontline customer service experience.
Ability to handle frontline escalations in a timely and effective manner.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High technical expertise on products.
Ability to create training programs and mentor agents as required to enhance their knowledge and improve processes.
The candidate must possess excellent soft skills to effectively resolve issues with escalated customers.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
