What you will be doing:
- Coordinate Owner and Guest reservations and benefits in alignment with project documents.
- Serve as a primary source of information for the team Owners and guests while acting as a liaison with all lodge departments.
- Manage and maintain all prearrival itinerary processes.
- Build and nurture strong Owner relationships to support brand and property loyalty.
- Utilize Owner and Resident profiles to provide highly personalized and anticipatory service.
Qualifications :
- Previous guest service experience required. Luxury environment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fastpaced environment with multiple demands.
- Proven ability to handle complex and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Proficiency with a variety of computer software; Microsoft Office required. Experience with Property Management Systems is an asset.
- Demonstrated capability to work effectively both independently and with minimal supervision.
