Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Hamilton VA
Duration: 17-Week Contract
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $28/hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adolescents under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans support skill development and promote positive behavioral outcomes in home clinic or school-based settings.

Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
Collect and maintain accurate session data
Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
Assist with behavior assessments as directed by the BCBA
Communicate client progress and concerns with supervisors and caregivers
Maintain a safe structured and supportive environment
Adhere to professional ethics and HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Experience working with children preferably with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow structured treatment plans
Reliable transportation (if providing in-home services)

Preferred Qualifications

Previous ABA therapy experience
Experience in school clinic or home-based settings
CPR/BLS certification
