The Associate Dean of Undergraduate Education: Academic Affairs and Faculty Partnerships in the Office for Undergraduate Education (OUE) is a key contributor to the overall academic success and experience of undergraduates and faculty in Emory Universitys College of Arts and Sciences (Emory College). The Associate Dean is responsible for providing strategic leadership for undergraduate academic affairs including the effective delivery of the undergraduate curriculum in Emory College. They will focus their efforts on the social sciences and STEM disciplines providing critical administrative and curricular support for faculty and departments in those fields. They will work to develop and implement effective academic policies and assessment processes as well as provide expert counsel to faculty and departments on matters of enrollment assessing and advancing the curriculum and developing new majors minors and other academic programs. The Associate Dean will also provide key support to departments and academic advising around specific and often complex curricular faculty and individual student issues.
