Shift: Thursday Dinner

Friday & Saturday Breakfast lunch and dinner

Sunday Breakfast & Lunch

Job Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting guests/members and maintaining a friendly demeanor throughout their dining experience
Accurately take food and beverage orders correctly using the POS system
Take special note of food allergies or preferences and be able to communicate that clearly to kitchen staff
Accurately deliver food to customers making sure that what comes out of the kitchen is correct and appealing before taking it to the table
Knowledge of wine and spirits mix traditional and creative cocktails make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
Verify identification and age requirements of customers
Ability to keep open and effective communication with fellow coworkers guests and members
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on events promotions and specialty items
Ensure tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner
Conduct opening and closing procedures by ensuring all procedures are being followed
Responsible for crafting original beverage menu items and designing new innovative ideas for upscale bar design and menu experience.
Ensure entire bar area and equipment is clean and sanitary at all times
Fill and clean ice bins clean and empty trash cans change kegs stock beer and wine coolers
Adhere to Reunion Kingwood Resort & Winery company procedures and policies
Completing any other task/duties as directed

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements
Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts weekends and holidays
Must have attention to detail strong ability to multi-task and time-management skills
Restaurant server/bartender experience of at least 1 year is required. Private/Club operations experience is preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
