This position reports to:
Production SupervisorJob Description:
- Production & Quality: Work as part of a team to efficiently produce high-quality electric motor components meeting production goals and maintaining a defect-free standard.
- Technical Tasks: Install sleeving insulation on copper wires and phase paper insulation follow detailed manufacturing instructions and use systems like Shop Floor Display and Flex Flow.
- Teamwork & Flexibility: Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors support departmental functions and be willing to cross-train and assist in other roles within the connecting team.
- Safety & Workplace Standards: Prioritize safety maintain daily housekeeping use appropriate tools and materials and work overtime or perform other duties as needed.
Education and Experience Needed:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
- Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
