What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Lead the Standard: Perform hands-on detailing fueling and cleaning of fleet vehicles and facilities ensuring every unit meets our spotless guarantee.
Quality Control: Conduct final inspections on your teams work to ensure 100% compliance with DetailXPerts standards.
Team Mentorship: Train new hires on pro-level detailing techniques fueling safety and efficient workflows.
Fleet Logistics: Coordinate vehicle movement monitor supply inventory and report any mechanical or maintenance issues to management.
Client Relations: Maintain a professional presence and provide exceptional service to our Grand Rapids partners.

Who Were Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years in a detailing janitorial or fleet service role.
Leadership: You know how to motivate a small team and keep morale high during a busy shift.
Skills: Strong organizational habits and basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel) for shift reporting.
Requirements: A valid drivers license with a clean record reliable transportation to our site and the ability to pass a background check.

Schedule & Pay:

Shift: 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM.
Days: Monday through Friday (with occasional weekends for special projects).
Type: Full-Time and Part-Time tracks available.
