JOB SUMMARY: The Intern will support the Business Systems team with a primary focus on Maximo Asset Management (MAS) and Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF) systems. Responsibilities include assisting with user account management documenting business processes and partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. The intern will also contribute to developing and implementing technologydriven solutions that streamline workflows enhance system efficiency and support overall operational effectiveness.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviewing ticketing system (SNOW) to track/assign/complete Incidents and Requests.
Providing support to the MBS & IT teams for existing solutions as well as new deployments.
Managing user accounts
Documenting business processes
Working on solutions to streamline processes using technology.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

In pursuit of an Associate Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
A transcript is required upon application.
Understanding of Business Systems/CMMS/Relational Databases
Understanding of SQL/DB2 Queries

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Preferred majors include: Business Information Systems BIS/MIS/IS
Business Analytics or similar

This internship will be an in-person experience based in our Orlando offices.
Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university and must have a graduation date later than December 2026.
Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
