In this role of People & Culture Manager for Czechia you will play a vital part in our mission of Bringing People Closer.
The Team Youll Join
You will be based in GN Hearing working from our office in Prague and supporting all GN businesses. Your role will focus on two main objectives:
Supporting management teams across GN in Czechia optimizing synergies and acting as a sparring partner on all local P&Crelated topics.
Ensuring operational and legal compliance while managing highvolume employee lifecycle activities within the Czech market.
Your Contributions
You will be appreciated for your contributions and can expect to take on the following responsibilities:
Lead all employee lifecycle activities across Czechia and the local legal entities.
Manage daily P&C operations to ensure high performance implement the global annual P&C schedule and coordinate initiatives that align with business goals
Ensure collaboration and alignment between global and local P&C processes by working closely with global and regional HRBPs and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
Serve as a trusted P&C partner and advisor to leaders and management on all local P&Crelated matters.
Manage local business transformation from a P&C perspective to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Own and lead the country P&C roadmap continuously reviewing and improving processes and acting as steward for process compliance data quality and policy adherence across local systems tools policies programs and documents ensuring compliance with applicable employment and labor laws while staying aligned with company strategy benefits and culture.
Oversee continuous improvement and standardization across the country regarding benefits systems practices processes tools and contracts

What You Bring to the Role
To succeed we imagine you bring:
Minimum 5 years of P&C / HR experience including country-level responsibility
Solid experience and knowledge of Czech employment law and employee relations as well as practical experience working in the Czech market.
Fluency in Czech and highly advanced English communication abilities
Well-developed interpersonal skills including effective communication emotional awareness flexibility in responding to changing situations a teamoriented approach a constructive attitude and consistency
The ability to negotiate and mediate in various P&C situations resolving conflicts and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
Solid problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze issues provide effective solutions and anticipate and address risks especially in complex and sensitive situations
High cultural awareness with the ability to recognize understand and respect cultural differences and similarities in a constructive way.
Effective change management and stakeholder engagement with experience supporting business transformation initiatives.
Experience from both blue-collar and white-collar environments; proficiency in Workday or another comparable HRIS system.
