Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team in Prague this role you will support the Boutique Director in overseeing daily operations ensuring an exceptional client experience and maintaining seamless boutique processes. You will act as a key partner to the Boutique Director helping to guide the team uphold brand standards and drive operational excellence.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- You inspire our clients on the sales floor by providing personalised advice and outstanding service.
- You ensure smooth operations behind the scenes monitor stock levels coordinate deliveries and support overall boutique organisation.
- You motivate and coach the sales team foster a strong team dynamic and ensure that our high standards are consistently upheld.
- You maintain and expand your existing network in Prague to attract new clients and build longterm relationships.
- You implement sales strategies and actively contribute to achieving the boutiques targets.
Qualifications :
In order to succeed in this role you have the following profile:
- Several years of experience in luxury retail ideally in the watch or jewellery sector or in the hospitality industry.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to build longterm client relationships through excellent service.
- Experience in team leadership and coaching combined with a passion for leadership.
- A strong network in Prague and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and a structured working style in both front- and backofhouse areas.
- Businessfluent Czech and English skills.
