Step into a key role where youll empower customers and partners across EMEA to get the very best from our marketleading Security Products. Youll deliver engaging technical trainingboth onsite and remoteand continuously enhance our training materials labs and documentation. Youll also take the lead on professional services activities from commissioning and upgrades to migrations and system optimisation. Acting as a trusted technical expert youll guide customers through complex deployments support escalations and deliver valuable knowledgetransfer sessions. Working closely with Sales Engineering and Technical Support youll help drive product adoption and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Travel across EMEA (with occasional trips beyond) adds variety and scope to this exciting role.

Required:
Experience with JCI Security Products such as Software House American Dynamics or equivalent competitor systems
Background in technical training OR experience presenting to large groups
Professional Services experience within installation commissioning or system optimisation
Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work confidently in multilingual multicultural environments.
Proven success supporting large multinational end users along with a collaborative proactive approach
Preferred:
Additional European languages or Arabic are advantageous
