Your role and responsibilities
As a Recruitment Administrator (Health) you will play a vital role in shaping the workforce that supports healthier futures across Suffolk.
Working at the heart of a friendly collaborative team youll be the key link between managers candidates and HR colleagues ensuring every stage of the recruitment journey runs smoothly. From raising requisitions and crafting highquality adverts to coordinating interviews and completing essential preemployment checks you will bring clarity organisation and excellent communication to a fastpaced peoplefocused environment.
Youll manage records with precision support managers with timely updates and help new starters take their first steps into Suffolk County Council.
With opportunities to problemsolve streamline processes and contribute to wider service improvements this is a role where your attention to detail initiative and passion for making a difference will truly shine.
Youll contribute directly to improving public health outcomes by ensuring our teams are well-supported well-informed and able to focus on what matters most.

Youll be part of Public Health and Communities. Our team supports the 019 Healthy Child Service and plays a key role in ensuring managers candidates and services receive a smooth and responsive recruitment experience.

This is a hybridworking role with time spent between home and Endeavour House in Ipswich.
