Job Summary

As a Property Administrator youll play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Pub Partners Estate Team across the Property portfolio. Supporting the relevant Senior/Lead Manager and their wider team this role helps ensure projects governance and approvals are delivered on time and in line with business processes. Based within a collaborative property function youll be key to keeping systems databases and team activity organised and up to date.


Qualifications :

As a Property Administrator you will

  • Provide full administrative support to the Pub Partners Estate Team across the Property function

  • Administer project plans and manage workload within the function to ensure deadlines are met

  • Liaise with internal departments and key stakeholders to support delivery of projects and workstreams

  • Ensure functional processes approvals and governance requirements are followed accurately and on time

  • Organise attend and support meetings and events including preparing agendas paperwork and taking minutes

  • Ensure managers and professional teams issue required documentation within agreed deadlines

  • Raise and manage purchase orders in line with approved budgets

  • Maintain and update relevant databases systems CRM tools and applications

  • Update departmental trackers and provide accurate reporting as required

  • Support statutory and operational requirements ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations

  • Provide general administrative support to the wider Property and Estates teams

What youll bring

  • Proven administrative experience with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively

  • A proactive self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels

  • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail

  • Confidence to challenge timelines where deadlines may be at risk

  • Strong IT literacy with experience using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)

  • Experience using CRM systems is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
